The room had been recently updated. I especially liked that it included a useful fridge. The proximity of the accommodation to various shops really simplified errands. The staff provided prompt assistance whenever required. They were usually available. The availability of daily cleaning services ensured a consistently tidy atmosphere.
The evening entertainment was quite loud. It was a little disruptive . I had some problems getting to sleep because of this issue. The sound carried late into the night.

The reception staff addressed inquiries efficiently, still some staff spoke limited english. Daily room cleaning kept spaces tidy, and fresh towels were provided without fail, this was quite helpful. The team was attentive to requests.

The restaurant offered various options, it was easy to find something suitable. Breakfast included fresh pastries and hot items. The orange juice was delicious. I appreciated the efficiency of the dining staff, they kept the area clean.

The pools were well kept. There were specific shallow areas for children. The splash park provided plenty of entertainment for younger guests. It was fun for the kids. I noticed ample sunbeds around the pool area.

The rooms were lovely and the maid came in every day. The rooms had fresh towels every day.
The food was repetitive. I was put off after finding the pork chop was still raw in the middle. I informed the staff in the dinning hall, but she just shrugged her shoulders and didn't care.

The hotel offered water slides that were a big hit with my kids. There was a playground suitable for children and a games room for older kids. The hotel is conveniently located with the sea a short walk away. It's close to restaurants and shops (very handy for picking up souvenirs).

The location was great! It was close to many restaurants and shops. The room included a fridge and a safe. I appreciated the air conditioning in my room, it worked well.
The elevator service was SLOW at peak times. I often waited several minutes.

the bed pillows were flat. there was no furniture in the bathroom for personal items. the hotel was noisy at night i could hear conversations next door.

The location was quite convenient. A supermarket was only a minute away and a pleasant ten-minute walk led to the beach past many shops. The staff showed kindness and friendliness. Reception staff were especially professional and cute.
I found limited food options near the pool area. The pool bar offered only crisps, nuts, drinks, and ice cream. I could hear a lot from neighboring rooms. The walls seemed very thin. Snoring and conversations were easily audible.
